To help us understand the issue, please include as much of the following information as you can:
- the device model you are using
- the Android version, if known
- the Gemoria app version, if known
- which level or screen the issue happened on
- what you expected to happen
- what actually happened
- whether the problem happens repeatedly or only once
Please do not send passwords, payment details, personal documents, or other sensitive information. Gemoria does not require accounts, passwords, or payment details.
